This organisation/company focuses on uplifting local/rural women through agriculture by providing trainings, resources and market access to enhance their livelihoods. Since its inception, it has played a significant role in promoting women’s involvement in the Agricultural sector, which is vital for Sierra Leone’s economy.
This company’s efforts aligns with wider objectives/initiatives which are solely aimed at building up/developing women in agriculture. For instance,the FAO has conducted training programs to improve women’s cooperative management skills, enhancing their production capacity and promoting more income.
Through collaborative efforts, Emilia Adama Soloku Women’s Employment Agricultural Development Company Ltd (EASWEADC) continues to boost women economically and also add value to Sierra Leone's culture.
